IFLA Library Success Stories

IFLA has created a really interesting database collecting success stories from libraries all around the world. You can create an account and add your own librarys' success story or find others by using their various search fields. Sadly no one seems to have contributed for Norway yet, however, I did a search for projects by continent(Europe)and found some really interesting ideas, like this Nursing Knowledge Toolbox from the UK and the INFOBUS in Albania used to provide books and library services to rural areas. Not only does the database share good ideas but it also provides information on who helps fund projects and who libraries partner with. Most of the time coming up with an idea isn't as hard as finding the money and assistance to make the idea become realized.
